I'm so glad I still have toddlers that being able to turn back flips on the trampoline impresses. Apparently it was good that it was school hours for Faith and Hope's friends, and I was not seen making a fool of myself. Humph.

I could do all the flips back in the day, but I don't think I would attempt to much now! I'm way too out of shape for that! You look like one of the kids up there!(he he he)I know you hear that a lot! Looks like the girls had lots watching mama flip!
ha, I did a back handspring in my mom's yard last year on Thanksgiving. My daddy said STOP IT!!!!! You are going to make my home owner's go up!!!
Girl, you are one "sick" mama! I am so impressed! I couldn't even think about trying a flip, lol. I sit here and laugh at myself at the thought of it!
I agree with Green Acres, the thought of me trying to do that is quite comical. Of course, I couldn't do it back in the day either...
All I can say is "You go girl"--which I am pretty sure is a phrase that is ALSO not cool, ahem, I mean "sick" anymore! :)
