I have just spent a very LONG time catching up on your blog! I got behind on my reading and hadn't been here since... early August, maybe? You post more than you used to; guess I'd better visit more often! (Actually, what I really need is to get me a reader.) Anyway, it's been fun catching up with you and your tribe.
Lovely outfit! I especially like the ruffles! I think if I were four I would choose to wear it every day.
